When he announced his retirement from international cricket in 2020, he only continued to play in the Indian Premier League (IPL). Earlier this year, Dhoni guided CSK to a record-tying fifth IPL title after beating Gujarat Titans in the final. But he routinely makes news for his straightforward behavior.
